Free waiting-room cards for your Crohn's and UC patients.
Aidy is a free service that helps patients stay on track with their biologics, log how they're doing between visits, and arrive with their questions ready. It all works by text message, so there's no app to download and nothing for your office to set up.
You see the results when patients share their Aidy report with your care team, by email before the visit or in person at the appointment.
What your patients get
- 01
Help staying on therapy
Reminders for injections, infusions, and refills, plus an early heads-up when side effects have them thinking about stopping.
- 02
A record of the weeks between visits
Quick text check-ins on symptoms, so “how have you been since March?” has a real answer.
- 03
Visits that start prepared
A doc-ready report of symptoms, adherence, and trends that they share with your care team before or at the visit, plus the questions they’ve been meaning to ask you.

How reports reach you
Aidy doesn't connect to your systems. Instead, patients share their own report with your care team, whichever way suits them:
By email, before the visit. Patients send their Aidy report to your office ahead of time, so it’s ready when they walk in.
In person, at the visit. Patients pull up their report on their phone or bring a printout to the appointment.
Patients decide what to share and when. Nothing reaches your office unless they send or show it.
What it asks of your office
Nothing to pay. Aidy is free for your practice and your patients.
Nothing to set up. No EHR integration, logins, or staff training.
Nothing to manage. Patients sign up on their own by texting the number on the card.
No contract. If it’s not a fit, recycle the cards. That’s it.
Why is it free?
Patients never pay. We fund Aidy through partnerships with health plans, researchers, and patient-services teams, so it stays free for everyone. More about Aidy for GI practices →
