This Mobile Messaging Privacy Policy and Terms of Service ("Messaging Policy") applies exclusively to Aidy's SMS/MMS messaging program. For all other data practices, please refer to our main Privacy Policy.

When you opt in to Aidy's mobile messaging program, we collect:

  • Your mobile phone number

  • Your opt-in consent and the date and method by which you provided it

  • Message delivery and response data (e.g., opt-out requests, HELP requests)

  • Send you informational and transactional text messages including reminders, account notifications, and educational content

  • Process and honor your opt-out and opt-in requests

  • Respond to your HELP or support inquiries

No Sharing of Mobile Messaging Data

We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through the SMS opt-in process to any third party.

Mobile information collected as part of this messaging program, including mobile phone numbers and opt-in consent data, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

For the avoidance of doubt, your text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

Data Retention

We retain your mobile phone number and consent records for as long as you remain opted in to our messaging program and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. If you opt out, we will retain only the minimum records necessary to honor your opt-out request and document prior consent.

Your Rights

You may opt out of our messaging program at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon opt-out, we will cease sending messages to your number and will not use your mobile information for any further messaging purposes.
