After enrollment: TOUCH assigns a patient ID and authorization period. The prescriber evaluates and reauthorizes every six months; the infusion site verifies authorization and submits a checklist for every infusion.
If there is a problem: Call the TYSABRI Support Specialist if the patient is not shown as authorized, the infusion site cannot verify the TOUCH ID, or a form is missing.
