Nurse or case support
Offers optional Case Manager and Nurse Educator check-ins to address treatment education, infusion logistics, financial barriers, shipments, and TOUCH reauthorization.
What it does
Patients registered in TOUCH are automatically enrolled to participate in the optional program. A Nurse Educator contacts the patient after the first infusion and about every three months to discuss the infusion experience, education, REMS requirements, and barriers.
